The Tutelage Action Management Unit was created within the Firm as a specialized area, organized as a costs center. Through this unit, the firm managed, through outsourcing agreements, the processes and procedures that are frequent in companies and that require an operational management with better response capacity and equally high quality . Basically, the structure is directed to the response of tutelage actions, compliance actions, petition rights, complaints and claims.

Until today, we have attended more than 5.400 tutelage actions and various procedures of different nature.
